Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 7 days' notice.   This means that all online orders (in most cases) and last-minute orders and requests will be considered final and non-refundable.  

Also, all deposits for all orders are non-refundable.

Our aim is to deliver within a 2 to 3 day window. We can deliver to Mississauga residents free of charge, however outside of this area there will be either a postal or courier charge added to your final bill.
